All in-stock orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

If you place a preorder or backorder, please refer to the product page for estimated shipping timeframes.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates:

    •    Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate of $4.99

    •    Free Shipping: On all orders over $40 (before taxes and discounts)

Glowtivated is not responsible for delays caused by:

    •    Weather, holidays, or carrier issues

    •    Unclaimed or refused packages
